1. Payment is made in hryvnias at the NBU exchange rate on the date the service is provided.
Rates are indicated without VAT. 20% VAT is applied only to the portion of the rate for delivery within Ukraine, which amounts to: for Prime small packets UAH 70, for international parcels UAH 90, for EMS UAH 100.
At Ukrposhta post offices, an additional fee of USD 1 is charged for manually entering customs declaration data when accepting parcels, small packets, and EMS items. No additional fee applies for postal items pre-registered online.

2. PRIME small packets must be pre-registered online. The maximum weight of PRIME postal items to the United Kingdom, China, Singapore, and India is 5 kg.

3. Maximum permissible dimensions may vary depending on the destination country.

4. The girth of a postal item is calculated using the formula: length + 2 × (height × width).

5. When sending to the USA, a customs duty of 10% of the declared value is added to the standard rate (except for documents and gifts up to USD 100 exchanged between individuals). For postal items exceeding USD 800, customs duties are paid by the addressee.

6. The rate is indicated per 1 kg. The cost depends on the actual weight of the item in grams, rounded according to standard rules.

Notes:

1. Payment is made in hryvnias at the NBU exchange rate on the date the service is provided.
Rates are indicated without VAT. 20% VAT is applied only to the portion of the rate for delivery within Ukraine, which amounts to: for Prime small packets UAH 70, for international parcels UAH 90, for EMS UAH 100.
At Ukrposhta post offices, an additional fee of USD 1 is charged for manually entering customs declaration data when accepting parcels, small packets, and EMS items. No additional fee applies for postal items pre-registered online.

2. The girth of a postal item is calculated using the formula: length + 2 × (height × width).

3. Maximum permissible dimensions may vary depending on the destination country.

4. If any dimension of the parcel (length, width, or height) exceeds 70 cm, the delivery cost increases by 25% (coefficient 1.25).

5. When sending to the USA, a customs duty of 10% of the declared value is added to the standard rate (except for documents and gifts up to USD 100 exchanged between individuals). For postal items exceeding USD 800, customs duties are paid by the addressee.

6. The rate is indicated per 1 kg. The cost depends on the actual weight of the item in grams, rounded according to standard rules.

7. Postal items up to 5 kg to the United Kingdom, China, Singapore, and India may be sent as PRIME. Information on rates is provided above in the section “International parcels up to 2 kg.”
